Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Odd faint/light marks in some places (see last photo), but nothing exactly noticeable.

These could be easily touched up. Chrome furniture is lightly tarnished, however, it could be fixed using a strong cleaner (such as Brasso) or be replaced online at a low expense and easily fitted. A brand new chain and track comes with the door and can be easily fitted.

High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure. Comes with 1'Eurospec' key. The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside. The door is not currently secured to the frame, however all necessary screws for this are included and should be a simple task for your fitter. The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 197.3cm.

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 31.2cm in width. The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 91.1cm. If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 122.3cm. Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side. The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White. 3AL4-21-6-1 (Unit 11 L25) (JVN). Collection for any of our products can be made from Luton, Bedfordshire LU3.
