Brand New Composite Front Door in woodgrain Cream, bespoke made to a high quality. Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. Small crack on the top section of the frame which will not affect the integrity or operation of the door when installed. 4 point'GU' locking system making it secure. Comes with 3'Ultion' keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side. The colour of the hinges is White.
