Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Cream, bespoke made to a high quality. Carefully removed by professional fitters. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Very clean condition on both sides.
Screw holes from previous door number - these can be filled, or covered with a new replacement door number. Residual glue around glass pane from being installed - this can be easily removed with solvent cleaner and a scraping tool. 3 point locking system making it very secure. Comes with a new barrel and 3'ERA' keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is woodgrain Cream and internally is White, with a White frame on either side.
