Composite Front Door Green Woodgrain External Exterior Double Glazed Used

Composite Front Door in Green, bespoke made to a high quality. Carefully removed by professional fitters. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Holes in the frame from previous doorbell, however these could be filled or covered with new doorbell. Marks around edges of the frame from previous installation, however these will be covered when door is installed again.

Paint flecks in various locations on both side, which could be removed with solvent cleaner. Plastic cover on internal edge of the door is broken (see photos), however this doesn't affect operation of the door. 3 point'Yale Lockmaster' locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys. The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. The colour externally is woodgrain Green and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side. Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture. 3LE2-28-4-9 (Unit 11 M29 JW/JH).
