Excellent/very clean condition both sides. Marks around edges of frame from previous installation, these will be hidden with trim when the door is installed again. Light scuffs on the external side which can be easily touched up. Scuff on external handle which can also be touched up. Light marks on the hinges - these can also be touched up.

3 point locking system making it very secure. The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing is 22 mm thick triple glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panels.

Has leaded pattern design internally (inside the glazing). The colour externally is wood grain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a woodgrain Brown (Mahogany) frame either side. The colour of the external handle is Silver and the internal handle is Gold. The colour of the hinges is White.
