Composite Golden oak Front Door with sidelight. Carefully removed by professional installers. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent condition both sides, but some signs of the lacquer peeling in places externally- see photos- could easily be re-painted. Small chip to the top edge of the frame, however this is only cosmetic and will be covered with trim when installed.

Screw holes on the external side of the frame from the previous doorbell - these could be filled or covered with a new replacement doorbell. Width extender attached to the frame is slightly broken in a place, however you can either remove it or cover it with trim upon installation. High quality 3 point'Lockmaster' locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. The sidelight / window on its own is: 58 cm in width and can be removed if required. Just the frame width is 90 cm. Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. Distorted leaded glass with a decorative texture. Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a white frame either side. Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
