Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

Screw holes on the external side from the previous address number, which could be easily filled or covered with your own number. The internal letterbox cover is scratched. This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation of the letterbox at all. The frame around the carolina glazing is slightly loose on either side (see photos), however a competent fitter would be able to re-secure this with sealant or adhesive.

Please see last photos for defects. 5 point locking system making it very secure. Comes with 3'DeCentis' keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor.

This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. Carolina window, distorted with an ornate'Cotswold' effect. The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White. 3GU6-6-7-6 (Unit 11)(Q25)(JH). Collection for any of our products can be made from Luton, Bedfordshire LU3.
