Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Overall still its in excellent condition both sides. Holes/dents on the external side which have been filled in see - these could be sanded down and touched up to be made less visible. Spray Paint on the external side of the glass and the hinges, which could be removed with a strong solvent cleaner. Screw holes from the previous door number which could be filled or covered with a new replacement number.

Letterbox cover scratched on the internal side - replacements for these can be found online for a small expense. Small dent on the internal side which could easily be filled and touched up.

Crack in the frame extender, which would be hidden with trim when the door has been installed or removed. 3 point'ERA' locking system making it very secure.

Has a new barrel and comes with 3'Zone' keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side. The handles are Chrome and the hinges are White. 3GU6-2-3-2 (Unit 2 TG JH). We deliver to most mainland postcodes, cost varies on location.
