Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. The colour externally is Woodgrain Light Oak Golden Brown and internally White, with a matching upvc frame either side. Just the sidelight/ window is: 87cm in width and can be removed if required. Just the frame width is 90cm.

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. 7 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure. Glazing is undefined thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
