Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in good condition both sides. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Crack in the top left corner of frame from the external side, however when install the frame will hold together securely.

There's a hole in the bottom of the door on the external side, however this can be filled in and a bracket placed on the outside of the frame to strengthen if required. Holes internally in the top right hand corner of the door and frame from a previous alarm - these can be filled. 5 point locking system making it very secure.

The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside. Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
