Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Very small scratches and perishing rubber seal on the low threshold Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. The colour externally is Woodgrain Green and internally White, with a upvc White frame externally and White internally. Has Silver hinges with Silver handles.

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside. Multipoint locking system making it very secure. Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
