Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed. Weathering to the external side, as you would expect to see on a pre-owned wooden door.

This could be rectified by re-painting. Screw holes on the external side of the frame, and the internal side of the door from previous doorbell and letterbox cage (see photos) - these could be easily filled and touched up. Small scratch to the external side of the door (see photos) which could be easily touched up and made less visible. Letterbox is worn but could be easily replaced. Spy hole is scratched this is easily replaced. Missing the draft brush excluder on the internal bottom of the door. 3 point locking system made by "Vectis" making it very secure. Comes with 1'ERA' key. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, decorative, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is Red and internally is White, with a White frame externally and internally. The handles & hinges are Chrome. 3RG12-8-2-1 (Unit 11 TG RACK JH). We deliver to most mainland postcodes, cost varies on location.
