Composite Grey Front Fire Door. Composite Front Fire Door in Woodgrain Grey, bespoke made to a high quality. This is an FD30 Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot confirm that they pass the current building regulations. Therefore it can be used as an ordinary front door. Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Odd faint/light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Screw holes from the previous doorbell and automatic door closer (see photos) - these could be easily filled or covered with new replacement furniture. Small scratches on the exterior door handle which is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation of the handle at all. Some faint marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, however these would be hidden with trim when the door is installed again.

High quality 3 point'Wink Haus' locking system making it very secure. Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys. The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. Glazing is 24 mm thick triple glazed fire glass (EN-14449), clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency (see photos for diagram). There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and internally.
